Dr. D.H. Shearer is our senior minister.  His primary responsibilities include preaching, teaching, calling and overseeing the church staff.  He and his wife, Linda have two married children, Peter and Laurie.  D.H. serves on the boards for the Oregon Christian Convention and OCEF Church Planters.  He was president of the Oregon Christian Convention in 2000.  An avid history buff, he serves as chaplain to the First Oregon Volunteer Infantry, a "living history" group of the Civil War era.  He also writes band arrangements of the Civil War period and plays euphonium/tuba in his regimental brass band.

Seth Morley is our Minister of Family Life.  Seth works with children and youth ministries, as well as developing programs for families.  He's married to Christi; their son Isaiah was born in 2004. Seth enjoys all sorts of art, including painting and ceramics.  Seth leads the praise band for our contemporary service, playing guitar and doing vocals.

Marcia Carter serves as Minister of Christian Education.  She and her husband Jerry have been in the ministry for nearly all their married lives.  In her spare time Marcia enjoys cake decorating, reading, crocheting, yard work, and visiting their cabin on the Little North Fork of the North Santiam River.

Don Smith is our minister to seniors.  Don and his wife, Dora Jean, have served churches in Alaska, California and Oregon.  A resident of Turner Retirement Homes, Don is actively "semi-retired".

Cindy Brammer serves as our church's administrative secretary.  She enjoys reading, painting, scrapbooking, and pencil art.  She and her husband Randy have a son, Tanner.

Scott Patton is our church treasurer.  He's currently a student at Corban College, majoring in business/computer science, with an eye to ministry.  Married and the father of two, he also enjoys music and bike riding.

Melissa Braun serves as our church custodian.  She grew up in California before moving to Oregon.  She's married and the mother of one child.  A graduate of Chemeketa Community College, Melissa also oversees our church's Food Bank.

Charity Leatherman is director of Little Lamb Christian Preschool.  Before coming to Little Lamb, Charity was a kindergarten volunteer at Cloverdale Elementary School.  She also has assisted with various YMCA children's programs in Salem.  She enjoys scrapbooking, sewing and camping.  Charity lives in Turner with her husband, Jimmy, and two daughters.

Sabine Limbeck is Little Lamb's teaching assistant.  In addition to her position with the preschool, Sabine works at Salem Gymnastics and is a student at Chemeketa Community College.  She is knowledgeable about sign language and is often seen "signing" with the children.
