What to do:
Start with my video:
Read the Bible verses. Jesus appeared to his disciples several times after he rose from the dead. Last week we talked about Thomas who was missing the first time Jesus appeared. Jesus appeared also to two disciples who were leaving Jerusalem and going to the town of Emmaus. Then some of his other disciples also left Jerusalem. They decided to go fishing, since that is what they did before meeting Jesus. Each time Jesus ate with them to prove he was alive.

Work on the memory verse.
Imagine you were one of the disciples and Jesus seemed to be gone forever. How would you feel? Suddenly, he is with you. What do you think you would do? What would you say? I would love to hear your answers. Have your parent either text your answers to me at 541-429-5087 or email your answers to me at: firstname.lastname@example.org. I will be eagerly waiting to see what you come up with.
If you have been practicing with the Books of the Bible video, I would love to see a video of you singing along.
