Family: Distinct & Committed

The Bible sets some pretty clear standards for marriage and family. As our culture changes, however, those standards don't always feel compassionate, or even safe. Should we hold a hard line on Biblical standards, or should we soften them out of compassion? Or is there something we're missing, a bigger picture for God's people that makes better sense of the Bible's standards and our compassion?
